Financial Information for Parents

You will find information about the different types of allowances that can be accessed in order to assist families with secondary schooling costs. This document also provides information about the school refund policy and our procedures for collection of monies owed.

Secondary Assistance Scheme – Application Form

Applications close Thursday 9th April 2020

Eligible claimants will receive $235 paid to the school plus $115 payable to the school or parent/guardian for the Clothing Allowance.
Once completed please return the form to the front office with the current applicable card

2020 Secondary Assistance Scheme

Once completed please return the form to the front office after commencement of Term 1 2020 (forms will not be accepted this year) and bring your valid concession card to be sighted by front office staff.
Please Note: Concession card expiry date must fall on or after first day of Term One.

 

Abstudy Supplement Allowance – Application Form

Applications close Thursday 9th April 2020

Eligible claimants will receive $79 paid to the school; to be eligible the school or parent must have received the School Fee Allowance of $78 or $156 from the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) as part of the student’s ABSTUDY School Fees Allowance.
Once completed please return the form to the front office.

Payment Plan Agreement – Application Forms

Parents/guardians are encouraged to make contact with the school’s Business Manager if they are experiencing difficulties paying any money owed by the due date.
You can enter a payment plan at any time.

REFUND POLICY

Payments, including deposits for camps, excursions and incursions will not be refundable where there has been a cost to the school. The school board has endorsed refunds to be issued for amounts of $30.00 and above, amounts below $30.00 will be credited to the student’s account and will be used to offset other costs as directed by parents.

The refund or transfer of charges and voluntary contributions will be completed in accordance with the School’s refund schedule which has been endorsed by the Finance Committee.

This will only be reviewed in the case of extenuating circumstances, and an application in writing to the Principal.
