Leavers East Timor-bound
For the second year running, the Year 12 Leavers from the Margaret River Senior High School will embark on a humanitarian adventure to a third world country, East Timor.
The idea of the venture is to provide an alternative trip for Leavers, giving them the chance to do volunteer work abroad instead of the taking part in the usual Leavers party after their exams in November.
Last year was such a huge success the Lions Clubs of Augusta, Margaret River and Cowaramup and the Rotary Club of Margaret River have decided to support the trip again.
